Hexagone Aviation School follows an educational, administrative, and contractual framework that complies with the requirements of professional training organizations and the standards of the aviation industry.
We are committed to building transparent relationships with each student, based on clear commitments, structured support, and respect for everyone’s rights.
You have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from the date the contract or training agreement is signed, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
This period allows each student to confirm their commitment with peace of mind before the program actually begins.
If, for reasons beyond your control (force majeure, medical incapacity, or exceptional personal or professional circumstances), you are unable to attend or continue the training, we may consider options for rescheduling, adjusting the course, or providing a partial refund.
Each situation is analyzed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the contractual and educational framework.
Any interruption of the program, whether intentional or unintentional, will result in a personalized review of the student’s situation.
Depending on the progress of the program, options such as deferred completion, credit carryovers, or curricular adjustments may be considered to ensure a seamless continuation of the program.

In the event of a dispute, a mediation process may be initiated in accordance with applicable regulations prior to any legal action.
Enrollment in the training program implies a mutual commitment between the student and the training organization.
The student agrees to actively participate in their educational progress and to adhere to the program guidelines. For our part, we are committed to providing the human, educational, and technical resources necessary to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Depending on their circumstances, each student signs either a training agreement or a vocational training contract that outlines the educational, administrative, and financial terms of the program.
These documents clearly outline the rights, obligations, and terms and conditions of the training program to ensure a transparent and secure relationship.
