Admissibility Requirements for Your Request
Your application will be reviewed by the mediator if the following conditions are met:
✔ You have already attempted to resolve your dispute directly with Hexagone Aviation School.
✔ The dispute genuinely concerns a service or training provided by our organization.
✔ Your request is submitted within one year after your written complaint to our customer service.
✔ No judicial proceedings or other mediation is currently underway for this dispute.
The mediator will then analyze the admissibility of your application and notify you of their decision within three weeks.
Mediation Process
- Acknowledgement of Receipt: Once the request is submitted, the mediator will confirm the receipt of your application.
- Case Review: The mediator analyzes the facts and contacts both parties to gather their positions.
- Proposal for an Amicable Solution: Within a maximum period of 90 days, the mediator will formulate a dispute resolution.
- Acceptance or Refusal by Parties: You are free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
Mediation Languages and Timeframes
- Mediation is conducted in French but can be handled in English, Italian, and German if necessary.
- The process lasts a maximum of 90 days, except in cases of complex disputes requiring an extension.
Cost of Mediation
Mediation is free of charge for the consumer. The costs are fully covered by Hexagone Aviation School.
Only the fees of a lawyer or an independent expert, if requested by a party, remain their responsibility.
