A placement test or an initial discussion can be conducted to identify your current level and define a program entirely tailored to your needs.
Before the start of the training, a placement interview is conducted to understand your current level, objectives, and constraints. This discussion allows us to build a fully personalized pathway and adapt the content to your progression.
The purpose of this interview is to:
• Identify your target TOEIC score and deadline (exam, admission, professional objective),
• Assess your current English proficiency in both oral and written communication,
• Determine your strengths and areas for improvement: grammar, vocabulary, listening comprehension, reading, speed, methodology, etc.,
• Understand your learning pace and availability,
• Define a personalized training plan, tailored to your actual needs and progression objectives.
This assessment is neither an elimination test nor an academic prerequisite: its sole purpose is to ensure effective, coherent, and goal-oriented support towards achieving the highest possible TOEIC score.

Training Structure
- 01
Before joining a session, each participant undergoes a short placement test and an individual interview with an instructor.
This enables us to integrate you into a group that genuinely corresponds to your proficiency level, thereby ensuring effective, consistent, and motivating learning for all participants.
- 02
Courses are organized as 3-hour group sessions, scheduled throughout the month.
The themes, required proficiency levels, and educational objectives for each session are published on the Hexagone calendar.
Participants register freely for the slots of their choice, according to their availability and objectives.
- 03
Each session is led by an English-speaking or perfectly bilingual instructor.
The 3-hour course is structured around interactive activities:
oral practice, role-playing, educational games, comprehension exercises, thematic vocabulary, grammatical reinforcement, and group exercises.
The collaborative format promotes expression, mutual assistance, and dynamic learning.
- 04
After each session, supplementary resources may be provided:
vocabulary lists, audio materials, oral expression exercises, key grammar sheets, or consolidation activities.
This work reinforces your progress and prepares you for the next session when you enroll in a new course.
- 05
Even in a group setting, each participant receives individual monitoring:
the instructor observes your progress, identifies areas for improvement, and advises you on the most suitable topics or sessions for your level.
If necessary, personalized recommendations may be provided (specific exercises, additional resources, or guidance towards a more suitable group).
- 06
Regularly, an assessment is offered to review your progress, acquired skills, and remaining objectives.
This assessment allows for the evaluation of your progression and the guidance of your path:
continuation of group sessions, individual reinforcement, FCL055, or Aviation English.
