An Internationally Focused Training:
Openness to Mobility at the Core of Our School

In the aviation industry, international mobility is not an option; it is a daily reality.

A professional pilot is expected to operate in a multicultural environment, cross borders daily, and interact with colleagues, passengers, and technical teams from around the globe. At Hexagone, we are fully aware of this international dimension of the profession, and we have made openness to international mobility one of the cornerstones of our training.

Preparing Our Students
for a Global Career

Our school's objective is clear: to train pilots capable of adapting to international standards, working in any region of the world, and seizing opportunities that arise beyond national borders. The aviation job market is globalized. Airlines recruit international profiles, and pilots often need to consider mobile careers, with positions in various countries throughout their professional lives.

Therefore, we integrate active preparation for mobility into our curricula. This involves mastering aviation English, which is essential for obtaining an EASA license and operating in a multicultural cockpit, as well as an openness to the practices and regulations of various countries. Our students learn to think globally, understand the challenges of aviation in an international context, and develop their adaptability.

Concrete international partnerships

Our school develops partnerships with airlines. This collaboration enables our students to benefit from additional international training. We believe that these practical experiences are essential for developing the autonomy, self-confidence, and versatility expected of professional pilots.

Some of our students will likely have the opportunity to complete part of their practical training abroad, under varied climatic and technical conditions. This immersion in diverse operational environments allows them to strengthen their experience and broaden their professional perspective.

A school culture
founded on openness

Beyond purely technical training, we strive to instill a culture of openness. Our cohorts welcome students of diverse nationalities, and we foster intercultural exchanges within the school. The diversity of backgrounds and origins enriches the learning experience, preparing our students for the reality of a deeply interconnected profession.

Openness to international mobility is also a mindset that we cultivate. We encourage our students to envision their careers without geographical limits, to pursue international projects, and to view mobility as an opportunity for both personal and professional development.

A license recognized at
the European level (and beyond)

Our training programs are designed to meet EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) standards, which guarantees the recognition of our students' licenses throughout all European Union member states and beyond, in numerous partner countries. This recognition greatly facilitates the professional mobility of our graduates, enabling them to apply to airlines located in various countries without having to repeat their entire training.

Mobility envisioned as
a springboard, not an obstacle

We understand that going abroad can present a challenge. That is why our educational team supports students who wish to expatriate or gain professional experience outside of France. We provide practical information, contacts, and individualized support to make this mobility accessible, seamless, and enriching.

A career without borders

Openness to international mobility is not merely a marketing argument: it is a key competence, a professional attitude, and a core value that we uphold. At Hexagone, we train pilots ready to fly to all destinations, to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving aviation world, and to leverage mobility as a strength.

Because aviation knows no borders, we prepare our students for a career without limits.
